Italian fashion house Gucci outlet, which is celebrating its 90th anniversary, will hold an exhibition of bags at Kinkakuji temple, or the Golden Pavilion, a World Heritage site in the ancient Japanese capital of Kyoto. About 70 Gucci bags, including some made using bamboo from Kyoto shortly after the end of World War II, when metal parts were in short supply, were shown to reporters in the temple's specially opened ''hojo'' hall ahead of the exhibition's start on Saturday. The event, which runs until July 13, has been organized because Florence, where Gucci originated, and Kyoto are sister cities. Kinkakuji officials said it is first time that the temple has been made available for Gucci bags exhibition. Source from: http://www.guccioutletoe.com/news.php?id=39
